Galerie Sculptur
Welcome at the homepage of the Galerie Sculptur in Bamberg
The gallery was founded in 2004 and is situated in an old half-timbered house in the historic centre of Bamberg.
The proprietors, Dr. Inge and Dr. Helge Kurka, aim at presenting works of contemporary sculptors. They want to give an insight into the whole range of form and material currently used in sculpture and exhibit the works of successful young artists as well as those of highly-regarded ones.
Each year there are three individual exhibitions that display the work of art of a single artist. Between those individual exhibitions sculptures of different artists are presented.
